These are tiny wheels, or am I misreading your post?
Or is it a scooter?
Those are hub/frame widths, not diameters
I suppose if you don't know the latest technology trends it is difficult
to understand the discussion. The disk actuators are coming in today and
I have to see what diameter rotors go into them. One of the actuators
says "For 140 Rotors" but the other is ummarked and may use 160 mm on the
back. From now on I will order parts off of Ebay dependent on distance.
It takes 10 days to get a part from Colorado or St. Louis. And 2 days from LA.
And I'm ready to sign a petition to sue Ebay for charging sales tax on used parts.
I think I may have once or twice seen a 140mm rotor which seems to have
largely died off? Plus the mixed rotor sizes which perhaps makes more sense
on a road bike though different rotors will give a difference feel to the
levers so considering the tiny bit of weight difference between a 140mm and
160mm rotor doesn’t seem worth it.
Tax would be your government rather than EBay, in uk in general it’s not
taxed as such though if your business is selling 2nd goods and services the
yes.
