Airman Basic (E-1) is eligible for promotion to Airman (E-2) with
six months' time-in-grade.
E-2 is eligible for promotion to Airman First Class (E-3) with 10
months' time-in-grade.
E-3 is eligible for promotion to Senior Airman (E-4) within 18 to
24 months' time-in-grade (depending on earlier promotions).

Seems like Johnny may be right, you never _were_ in the airforce.

When were you in the Air Force? Did you see in that reference you gave about passing a test? Being a
Flunky has its disadvantages - you tend to be as stupid as a rock. Also, you cannot be promoted UNLESS there are openings for that grade. In four years my shop had ONE. He was given the promotion not by passing a "skills test" but by recommendation from the shop NCOIC. But then all of the time you spent in the service you already knew that didn't you?
You are lying again. To be promoted you FIRST have to be qualified,
which includes having passed the skill test, and have time in grade.
The Shop Chief can only recommend. No opening for grades below
Sergeant (3 stripes) are required. How do I know? Well I was a Shop
Chief for a number of years :-)
did that loser kunich actually respond yesterday to a post I made in september?
wow, talk about having no life!
