For instructions, click on "User Guide" at the top center of the map.

Hint:  Click on the "layers" icon in the upper right corner and check
ALL the boxes.  The colored dots are "storm reports".  Click on the
"Legend" icon in the upper right corner for an absurdly long list of
storm warnings, watches, alerts, advisories, etc.
