Interestingly, since duties are very much newsy right now,
complete cranksets are duty free while chainrings are 15%
and that's been true all my life (can someone make that make
sense please?).

Which leaves some margin for a US manufacturer.

Thanks..  I forgot I was going to need a chainring guard. The Catrike
chainrings stick out in front and are very susceptible to damage. I've
also had occasion to stumble and fall while getting off, and the
chainrings can draw blood. Unfortunately, I can't find another Catrike
guard like on my current crankset, so I found another nice looking
alloy guard. I think I have everything I need now.

Two complete sets of cranks now that I can swap pretty easily.

I have been making an effort to buy USA made. The Catrikes are made in
Orlando, Fl.
