Nope, ain't true as nearly  all States demand a collage education plus
1 year's experience before they let you take the engineering test.

Entry in a pistol match is normally open to anyone that can get to the
match site. I've even seen a guy in  wheelchair compete.

Does the old schoolyard chant, Liar, Liar, pants on fire" come to mind
to mind when we refer to "Hot pants Frank"?
