know that every job is strictly defined, responsibilities, superiors,

Mr. Tricycle's fantasies about total, manly independence, free of "leaders," might be valid if he were living a Robinson Crusoe existence. But he's not. He's as dependent on leaders as any of the rest of us, no matter how much he pretends otherwise.
Obviously, one can't have an army without a leadership structure. Beyond that, one can't have garbage collection, working water or sewer systems, paved roads, law enforcement or most of the other features of civilization. In fact, without a leadership structure, he'd never have his nice, safe, flat, paved bike trail (paid for by the government) on which he rides back and forth feeling proud and "independent."

While I agree that three some people, like Frank, that are deathly
afraid if being thought "just another guy" It doesn't mean that
everyone is like that.

Quit your bullshit insults, John. I've done what I've done because I enjoyed doing it, and/or because it needed done and I was capable. I'm not the one around here who is afraid.
