same thing. It's dishonest for you claim otherwise.

I'm telling people that others should not tell people to wear helmets,
because bicycling is NOT unusually dangerous, and helmets are nowhere
near as protective as people have been led to believe. And I'm pointing
out that scaring people away from riding is detrimental.
