Frank, while that statement if basically true, the liklihood of such a case in infiniteimally small.
Agreed. It _can_ happen - for some infinitesmally small value of "can".
I'll remind people that the only friend I knew who died in a bike crash died essentially that way. Not in his driveway, but in a zero speed topple. He hit his helmeted head on the roadway as he came to a stop. He died of a brain injury, despite the helmet.
