You certainly could but there are most probably laws against
that or at least regulations.  Here, since no one cares*,
sure. In a civilized country you'd probably be cited.

Uk certainly be illegal as to if you’re likely to be stopped generally they
don’t go looking for such stuff, but people advertise themselves ie ride
like arse biscuits! At which point the bike will get checked and
removed/disposed off plus fines etc.
