More worktand mods

After putting the Catrike on the modified workstand, I realized that
the frame at the bottom was extraneous unless I glued it on. I am not
going to glue it on because I need the casters to swivel. I need them
to swivel out for stability and to store another Catrike underneath
but I want them to swivel in tight for storage and transportation. I'm
still mulling over in my mind whether to make a temporary locking in
with cotter pins, as I have done with other temporary connections.
I'll have to sleep on it.

As it is, my wife says it looks like something from starwars...
