Bikes are absolutely not too fast to interact with people, depending on the
ride Id have a possibility of encountering dog or otherwise walkers, Horse
riders, other cyclists.
Mr. Tricycle does have a strange notion about bicycling interfering with
interactions with others. More evidence of gross inexperience, I'd say.
