Perhaps there was a dynamo was on the hub, but I couldn't identify it.
I did see the disk brakes, though. I'm pretty sure there was only one
bar end shifter and it looks like there was a plentiful supply of rear
cogs.

It is a dynamo-disc front hub. Lamp's in the frame.
To be au courant, one must build display bicycles with 12
cassette sprockets, or 13, or sometimes 11, but no fewer.
Very interesting bicycles and builders. I enjoyed looking at them
until suddenly, I needed an Instagram account to continue..

That's odd, didn't happen on my machine (and I also do not
subscribe to Instragram or anything like it).
The links open in Instagram or Pininterest thought neither gives much more
if any details so not missing much!
