Youngstown clearly has lost a lot of people and services ie such as the

But Frank doesn?t report problems unlike you? As ever don?t believe
everything on the internet, US media for example has reported ?No Go Zones?
in London or similar, which is baffling to Londoners! Which is almost
certainly due to the Orange one having a thing about the London Mayor!
Roger, of course you're correct. Those reports on Youngstown illustrate
and detail the worst parts of town. But remember when Frank said that he
had to get ready to ride though Youngstown as if just riding through it
was a danger to life and limb? And his continuous harping on how where I
live is a hell hole? Poor old Frank just can't get over himself. I will
say this: the worst parts of San Leandro do NOT look like those photos of
Youngstown and the worst parts of Oakland neither. There are poorly
maintained houses of course but there is a severe housing shortage here
and people must maintain their properties to maintain their values.
My grandfather's house was built well before 1900 and looking at a
picture of it you would only know that because of the style and all of
the surrounding houses are in like condition.
