Everyone else has figured you out a long time ago. You're a man of no
accomplishments whose personal pride was based on largely on your
physique (evidence: posting bragging photos from decades ago, or
bragging about being tall) but you're now so old and feeble that you can
ride only while lying down on dead flat terrain, using a cane for
balance when you try to rise.
>
You now feel so weak and vulnerable that you do even that riding only
while armed and ready. You're so afraid of social contact that you can't
decode obvious social banter.
>
And you're now so timid that you claim riding near motor vehicles can
never be safe for you. You'll never forgive me for a mild comment that
called attention to that fear. That's triggered you into acting like a
10-year-old girl in a permanent snit.

In your diminished state, you're reduced trying to "punish" me by acting
like an asshole every time I post. The thought that is effective is more
evidence of social ignorance - which, given your age, is long past
permanent.
Oh my, I triggered Krygowski by mentioning his racial bigotry, and now
he's really REALLY angry at me.
But do keep posting! Each posts confirms your shortcomings.
Lot's of irony in that last statement.
The fact is that I identified him as a racist a couple of years ago
when he made up and posted the following nonsense anecdote about
encountering racism when bicycling in Florida. It's clearly and
obviously untrue, and it shows that he's actually ashamed of his
racism and tries to deny it, even to himself, by posting his made up
story. Like I said, I figured him out a long time ago. He knows it,
and now I simply rub it in.
Krygowski's imaginative anecdote, below....
"Somewhat similar, but more depressing: Some years ago I was in
Florida, riding the coast from Amelia Island southward past
Jacksonville. I was going to visit some people I knew in a large gated
community south of Jacksonville."
"Anyway, I was able to find pleasant roads all the way, including an
interesting ferry ride. But south of the city, I came to an ugly
looking four lane. Yes, I could ride it; but checking my map, I saw
there was a small road right along the shore, sure to be more
pleasant."
"The easiest way to get to it was through another gated community. I
went up to the young guy guarding the gate in his little guard house
and asked if I was allowed to cut through. Of course not! Anyone as
dangerous looking as a bicyclist was not allowed."
"So, referring to my map, I said "I guess I'll cut through that next
neighborhood" referring to one immediately south. The young guy said
"Oh, I'd never go through there! When I come to work, I never even
drive through there. Around here, I keep my car doors locked and I get
locked into my booth as soon as I arrive."
"Well, the "problem" was that I was proposing to ride through a black
neighborhood. I ignored the timid kid and rode through it - past
little kids playing who smiled and waved at me as I rode by, past well
dressed ladies leaving a little church, until I got to the coast road.
It was far from terrifying, despite the guard's paranoia."

C'est bon
Soloman
:-) How charming! He's so obsessed with me he archives my posts!
But he somehow thinks my post above was racist! Again, his total lack of
basic social skills prevents him from interpreting ordinary conversation.
