The number of trans men and trans women is very similar (and very small).

It's just the "anti-woke" people do not take an issue.
Similarly, Queen Victoria did not ban female homosexuality because
"women do not have sex voluntarily".

Homosexuality is not the issue. The issue is men in women's athletics,
rest rooms, and locker rooms. The fact that it doesn't happen every
day, doesn't mean that it's not an issue.

Why is "women in mens rest room" not an issue? I personally have to put
up with women in mens rest room at least once a year when the women's
line to the rest room has a 15 minute wait and the mens line to the rest
room is empty.

IOC. Most black people don't mind white people in their part of the bus
but most white people mind black people in their part of the bus.
You wish to time-travel back to the 1950's.
Perhaps back in the 1950s, but what's your point?
Do think that because most men don't have a problem with women in
their restrooms, women should not have a problem with men in their
restrooms? If you do, take that issue up with the women in your life.
My point is that "I have a problem with persons of type XXX in a certain public place" is a very bad argument, irrespective of whether 'XXX' is "black", "male" or "homosexual".
I have to put up with polite female cleaners in male restrooms, and every woman will have to put up with polite male cleaners in female restrooms (the number of male cleaners is very small, but the number of transexuals is a lot smaller).
I should not have to put up with any harassment in male restrooms, regardless whether this harassment originated from a male or female person,
and no female person should have to put up with any harassment in female restroom, regardless whether this harassement originated from a male or female person.
