I found a Tampa bicycle club but they don't seem to be 'going your way'.
Intermediate rides are 10 miles, "long" rides 18 mi, each monthly (!).
 
So I checked at Campagnolo where there's only one Campagnolo Pro Shop
listed for the Tampa metro area. Ask them:

It is very cool. Flat as a pancake and one gentle curve. You'll see
birds, gators, snakes, occasional deer, and possibly a bear. I always
started at a little town named Mabel on Highway 50, but you can start
at Polk City. The wildest, most remote area is closer to Mabel.
