We have laws about public pornogrqaphy. We don't need a change of the Constitution. We simply need to redefine what PUBLIC is and certainly the internet is public. Disney is advertising a new movie "The Need for Sex" and they are advertising it on a children's channel. Are you giggling and getting on with it as your 5 year old sees that? Some of the advertisements are very graphic.
The movie is called "Dying for Sex". The controversy is over Disney
advertising it on their streaming home channel.
