another where I rode often

I don't remember riding there, but I know I did. Back when I first
came to Madison and worked downtown, I rode around there to get to the
University History Library, one of my favorite places to hang out. I
wrote about that place in my last book. I'm a history and
genealogical nut. I was also taking classes at the University and MATC
back then.
I had a guaranteed parking place near the Square where I worked, and
when I didn't ride the bike to work, I carted it to work on the back
of my old Triumph Spitfire so I could get around where parking was
almost impossible. Later, when I was a single man, I hung out there
again, and also a bit on State street. The old original Ella's Della
was a great place to eat.
