As part of a different question I asked LiTime if they had anything suitable for an EV, and they answered no. Their spec for maximum internal resistance is 40 milliOhms though I measured a small fraction of that on a new battery. The internal loss would be 4V at 100A and the entire battery voltage at 300A.
