I posted it more to illustrate the concept than to suggest buying the expensive one shown.
The base would be easy to make from two angles or T stock.
I've been watching for ideas or parts to build a work holding and cutter sharpening fixture similar to that of the Quorn.

The swiveling head on my surface grinder is a larger version of the Quorn's.

I have the between-centers cutter grinding table for it, the Uni-vise, and a 5C spin index but not a collet fixture that tilts vertically, for resharpening taps etc..
Like a Shopsmith it adapts to a variety of tasks, none done as well as a more rigid single-purpose machine.
