We went to a Mexican restaurant tonight. Da kids ordered guacamole -
they always do that. I don't know why. It always tastes bland and
boring. How hard can it be to mix up some exciting guacamole? My plate
wasn't that great either. It made me sleepy while I was eating it.

It looks good, but unless I skipped a meal, I think I'd only finish
half
of it.

I never cared for it, but we made homemade guacamole the other day. I
liked it, but only because I loaded it up with cilantro.
Unfortunately,
I seem to also have mild allergy to avocados. Just like bananas, they
make my throat and mouth itch. Bummer.
These days, I'll share a plate with my wife. I can only eat half a
plate, unless it's Mexican. I can only eat a third of a plate of
Mexican.
Make up your mind, is it a half a plate or a 3rd of a plate of Mexican?

main flavor component. That's silly since avocado doesn't taste like
much. My guacamole would be garlicky, spicy, salty, with a heavy hit of
umami. It would have a little sugar in it, of course. It would not be a
boring gringo guack.
Gringo what? If you asked a Mexican, you'd be considered a gringo.

Guacamole only requires avocados, onion, salt, jalapenos, cilantro and
lime juice.

Indeed, I am a gringo. What's your point?
What was your point in using the term "gringo"? Racist much?
