Biscuits in the year of our lord 20250203!

Dear rfc:ers,
Yesterday I decided to try out Cowboy Kents 2 ingredient biscuit recipe. I could not find self-rising flour so in the end it was a 4 ingredient recipe, since I also ran out of cream.
In the end, this is what was mixed:
4.5 dl wheat flour
2 dl cream
1.5 dl milk
1.5 tsp of baking powder
Obviously not as good as Cowboy Kent, but after about 20-25 minutes or so at 200 C, they came out and were _perfect_!
Nice crust, and very soft and fluffy, went perfectly with some butter. That was all that was needed.
Today I toasted one for lunch, and it tasted almost as good. We'll see about tomorrow.
