Shouldn't be a "problem" at *all*, since there's *much* recent
historical precedence for this:
 - Czechoslovak expulsion of several million Sudeten Germans after WWII
 - population "transfers" during the creation of newly independent India
and Pakistan in the late 40's
 - "resettlement" of 15 million ethnic Germans from Central/Eastern
Europe after WWII...
 - over one million Cubans leaving their island in the last eighteen
months
 - millions of Canuck "snowbirds" moving to Florida every winter
