In six years, I've adapted a little but but when you hit the extremes, hot is still hot. Sad that some still cannot afford a window AC to at least keep a bedroom comfortable.
Local news outlets ask people to donate fans to help people. But even with fans, it's just blowing hot air around. Dehydration is the problem. Bodies sweat to cool off but if you don't drink enough water to stay hydrated it's a losing battle in extreme heat conditions.
