Tuesday Night's Dinner Plans? 11/26/2024

What will be dished up at your house tonight?  Any
pre-cooking for Thanksgiving in the USA homes that
will mean your dinner might be something very quick
and simple tonight and Wednesday night?
Here it will be boneless country style pork 'ribs'
baked in a pan with rice.  The ribs got seasoned and
a quick browning and then into the Pyrex dish and
smothered in rice I had cooked and seasoned as well.
Diced onions were part of seasoning with some spices
along with parsley.  Covered and into the oven the
dish went at 350°F for about an hour so they'll be
tender.
Those parsnips will be part of this meal.
