Along with a few tablespoons of cocoa powder, a teaspoon of pomegranate seed oil, a cup of jasmine tea with allulose and milk, and a few dozen pomegranate arils. Now, it's off to hiking a few miles, then when we get back, probably an avocado with lemon and salt, and maybe a teaspoon of MCT oil.
