Thursday Night Chow? 2/13/2025

What's cooking tonight at your house?  Or are you heading
out for dinner so as not to get caught up in that Friday
night Valentine crowd?
Parmesan garlic chicken is in the Ninja Foodi using the
slow cooker function.  My chicken breasts were frozen
solid so I added an extra two hours to the cooking time.
But I will check on them later to see if they're cooking
faster than I had anticipated.
When almost done I will cook a package of egg noodles
to stir into that pot of chicken that I will have shredded
when through cooking.
