some things i don't worry about that much.
i don't really like plastic, but the world has taken to
using a lot of it including items that come in contact
with foods. i think that is a much worse thing than a
once in a while ingredient (nearly constant and frequent vs.
perhaps once a week).
as i'm also not too particularly fond of my previous
attempts to doctor Hellmanns it is also a convenience item.
and then the obvious point, manufacturers can hide quite
a bit under "natural flavors".
