A substantial fraction of USA groceries are produced
in the USA, thus will not be directly so affected.

The big problem though is that when the millions of
'undocumented' South & Central American workers are
deported and all the USA-grown produce is left rotting
in the fields because the youngsters nowadays with
their liberal arts college degrees all expect jobs
with 'documented' perks & pay levels.

Then, as you say, consumers will need to pay shipping plus
20% to bring the same produce from South & Central America.
