Yes, we have a thick and thin comforter on top of the sheets.  If I were by myself, by this time of year, I'd have more than that piled on the bed, LOL.
I listen to 650 WSM from Nashville on the radio when I drive home after dark in the evenings.  I was surprised the other night when I heard that Nashville weather was almost as cold as us in Ohio!  No snow yet, thank God.
