Repost: Not your mother's grilled cheese

Another post that didn't show up.
This is *not* a "grilled cheese" made with process cheese, Wonder bread and margarine, like my mother used to make back in the '60s and '70s.  I can understand folks being nostalgic for many aspects of their youth, but I certainly don't miss the food.  When I was a kid, avocado was a hue of green that was popular for kitchen appliances.  It wasn't until I was 7 that I even knew that it was a fruit, and I doubt that I ever saw one outside of a picture in a book until I was much older.  Now we can buy them at any supermarket.
