Of course canned spinach is still available. I'm not sure who buys it but someone must. I remember my mom telling me when my oldest brother was a little boy he insisted she buy some canned spinach. He bought into the whole cartoon image of canned spinach making you strong. She tried to warn him but he insisted. Naturally, he hated it.

I have a single can of spinach in my pantry. It's "Popeye" branded, with the cartoon sailor-man printed on the front. I bought it because I thought it was funny. I'm sure it's expired, and I don't plan to eat it.
We really don't eat any canned veggies, corn aside. I might keep a can of peas for creamed chicken or a pot pie. Canned green beans are a "no", I just roasted a bag of fresh green beans with diced garlic and butter in the skillet to take to Mom's for Christmas dinner.
