Hammer a human.  If no facial change, OK to eat it.
 It won't be every one, of course, but if you are fast and sneaky you can
do it.

Note that the is a trick here. The size of the hammer is not specified, nor is the force it hits with. Imagine a tiny hammer, barely touching someones head, and there is a hue chance you will be able to eat that person!
