Thursday Night Dinner Plans? 12/12/2024

Tonight's food offering at your house?  Something plain
and simple or more on the exotic end?
Here it will be boneless pork chops with a light sear
then simmered for maybe an hour or less with a can of
cream of mushroom soup for gravy.  A bunch of sliced,
fresh mushrooms will join the simmer.  Green beans
and mashed potatoes will be the side dishes, but no
bread.
