2 (4lb tubs) Harris Ranch Beef Tallow is an optimal oil substitute for
frying, grilling, and roasting. It also can improve the texture and
juiciness
of meats and vegetables. Beef tallow has a high smoke point, making it
suitable for high-heat cooking such as frying and roasting.
Thanks Harris Ranch!
I once went to a steak house in sweden, and their fries were indeed
fried
in tallow, and instead of butter for the bread, they served it with
lard.
Excellent concept! They went all-in on the meat! =D

It's an awesome website. A meatcentric restaurant seems out of fashion
these days. OTOH, the joint looks classy and the prices seem reasonable.
We, the real connoisseurs, we don't care about fashion! =) We let the commoners run after the latest fad, while we stick with the eternal.
A restaurant that has a separate menu only with the meat is amazing! Noted that they have Wague, 200g for about 270 USD! ;)
I'd certainly visit the place, although perhaps, I'm not worthy. It
makes our steak houses look Micky Mouse.
Why are they wearing aprons? It does look a bit silly. ;) But the size of that steak! It's bigger than I am!
