He's saying that because of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, policies,
people like dwarfs, people with mental illnesses, homosexuals,
cross-dressers, pedophiles, colored people, women, stupid people, ugly
people, fat people, old people, etc., etc., can get employment in almost
any job the want - even in places where they're not wanted. This can
present a real danger to Americans if these people are working in
critical jobs. Jobs like helicopter pilots, airliner pilots, control
tower personal, etc., etc. This, of course, is just plain common sense.

They have 19.  It is a very intense and demanding job and to give
coverage, they sometimes work 60 hours a week.

It's a high stress job that doesn't pay enough. OTOH, it seems like a
task better suited for high speed digital electronic computers. My guess
is that Trump might play high stakes poker with the controllers. Reagan
did that during his term. It took America a decade to fully recover from
that. Well, that's what I read anyway.
