Sort-of-schnitzel - pounded-thin slices of pork loin, dredged in seasoned flour, dipped in egg, then coated with almond meal, rather than breadcrumbs.
Scalloped potatoes.
Steamed, buttered, ribbons of Savoy csbbsge.
