This is the truth! However, there is one dish I can eat where the
Hollandaise does not taste metallic and that is eggs benedict.
I just skip it. Also anything with cilantro (soap weed) unless it's
only in a topping sprinkle, inwhich case I ask to just omit it, or
replace with a bit of parsley 'for pretty'.
