2 (4lb tubs) Harris Ranch Beef Tallow is an optimal oil substitute for frying, grilling, and roasting. It also can improve the texture and juiciness of meats and vegetables. Beef tallow has a high smoke point, making it suitable for high-heat cooking such as frying and roasting.

Thanks Harris Ranch!

I once went to a steak house in sweden, and their fries were indeed fried in tallow, and instead of butter for the bread, they served it with lard. Excellent concept! They went all-in on the meat! =D

Here it is in case you ever find yourself in Stockholm:

Thank you, that is a beautiful aged steak establishment - well up to any Caliphonya standard, and Noo Yak as well!

Well, don't be fooled. This is by far, the nr one place in Stockholm. Generally, the quality is pretty crappy in Sweden. But I think it is high time to go there again. I think this Christmas when I'll travel home to visit family might be a good opportunity. =)
I love the website graphics too, try playing that one on and old Netscrape and watch it lock up, heh...
