 Have you made this yourself or are you just Mamachunking?
 
I have made it, but sans the fruits - I prefer pearl onions and red mini-peppers. I also use a dutched up oven, not a tagine.
works great.
The pearled couscous is also used as a bed for braised chicken thighs with lemon slices.

Oh and applewood smoked lamb shanks are insanely good too!

I use apple juice and cider vinegar for my shank sauna to finish.
