Are you sure you don't want some?? They're not terrible,
but not great either. I don't think I'll be blowing the
grocery budget on them.
LOL Parsnips have never been my cup of tea.
I'm dealing with computer problems at the moment. I'm going to have to replace this old laptop with a new one. Not looking forward to doing the file transfer thing and setting everything back up.
Oh, more of a priority: I'm adopting a kitten on Friday! She's about 4 months old. She's a grey tabby with a white face and white blaze on her chest. She was abandoned and taken in by a nice couple who already have 3 cats and 2 dogs so they need to rehome her. They have a heated garage so that's where she's been staying. That might sound awful but they have a small cat tree out there and a litter box and toys and she's comfortable. They go out and play with her. They took her to the vet and had her spayed and got all the required shots. I'm told she's very sweet. They'll be bringing her to my house on Friday morning. They were calling her "Kitten". She looks like a Cleo to me so that's her new name. I ordered kitten food for her from Chewy. The office where I work will be closed for Thanksgiving weekend on Friday so the cat and I will have a long weekend for her to get used to her new surroundings and me. Of course she'll hide, but I have no doubt she'll start to explore and get comfortable if I just let her alone for a bit. :)
