using capital letters.  The use of them was drilled into me in typing
class in the 1970's.  It also makes things easier to read.

 
I associate it with the use of cell phones, which actually are
kind of painful when it comes to capitalization and punctuation.

I've got an iPhone with an up-to-date OS.  I'm always having to
re-capitalize stuff.  Or un-capitalize it.
