I've got an iPhone with an up-to-date OS. I'm always having to
re-capitalize stuff. Or un-capitalize it.
If you never had formal training in typing or formatting, the only importance it getting your message to someone on their phone. IDK, seems, FWIW many abbreviations are understood.
i do take some shortcuts but I learned to type and have written many business letters over the years so I tend to stay a bit more formal.
