peanut oil is better than many others, but we're not big
on frying anyways.
Yeah---I think I heard good things about peanut oil, though I think the
experts might not dispute the top-rank of coconut oil. I stopped using
anything based on soy and now when I do eat---restaurants, say---I
notice a certain difference.
Doesn't coconut oil raise bad cholesterol?
last papers I read say that a mildly high cholesterol (of any kind)
gives you benefits. For instance, there's a certain correlation between
high cholesterol (of the ``bad'' kind) and good brain health.
