Escalloped potatoes with cubed ham is in the oven as
I write.  Green beans are simmering on the stove as
well and cornbread will round out this meal that will
be shared with a neighbor.

Last night, Tuna shashimi and Jasmine rice.  Don used soy sauce for
dipping and I mixed soy and worchestershire with  little wasabi powder
for mine.
