Last night I had the scallops.  I put a little garlic on them but otherwise same as you made them
Tonight, I showcased my microwave heating skills.  My DIL sent over some egg noodles and some turkey stuff to put on top of them.  Not sure what you'd call it, most of the ingredients would be the same as turkey soup, but without the broth.  It was OK, I have enough for another night but will add some more seasonings.
