I like a good meal and occasionally make an effort for something really, really good, no matter how much time it takes. Other days, I just want something quick and easy. At my age, I figure I'm allowed to take the easy way out at times, so I do.
Last week I bought some Just Barely chicken breast strips because it was BOGO. I like it because it is easy to pop into the oven, or, 14 minutes in the air fryer.
I can cut up a potato, put that in the air fryer set for 24 minutes, add the chicken at 14. Does not get much easier.
So, I want to the store this morning and got 2 more packs of them. Many lazy, but good, meals in the couple of months ahead. Good plain, or with bbq sauce, honey, etc.
