most canned items are not in huge portions, i can't imagine
not eating a whole can of sardines or tuna,
I can. Five ounces of tuna is a lot for me. I was thrilled
when those little 3-ounce cans came out, and also happy with
the 2.6-ounce pouches. Back than, all I did was make tuna
salad, so there was a lot of bulk from the onions, celery,
green olives, and bread.
Now I buy a 6.7-ounce jar, eat half of it on a green salad,
and put the rest in the fridge to eat a couple days later.
