Sunday Dinner 3/30/25

Thanks to a mention by Joan, red sauce has been simmering on the stove over low heat today.  I browned a pound of mild Italian sausage with minced garlic & onion, stirred in tomato sauce and grated in a fresh zucchini.  Seasoned the sauce with Italian herb seasoning blend.  It smells delicious and I had a little taste; yep, it's good!  I'll be serving this over angel hair pasta, which is my preference over regular spaghetti noodles.  There will be leftovers to take to work for lunch next week.
