Cooking for one, there are some dishes I pass on, one of them is risotto. I can scale it down, but it takes the same time to make a small batch as a normal one. Yesterday afternoon, my granddaughter came over to help with an outdoor cleaning project. So, I'm making dinner.
We both had a serving for dinner and enough left that we'll each have it another night. It has probably been a year since I enjoyed it.
Anything special at your house?
